5. Restricted access

Access to certain areas or other content or services on this website is restricted. We reserve the right to restrict access to any areas or other content or services on this website, or indeed our whole website, at our discretion.

6. Membership

Access to certain areas or other content or services on this website is provided to you on condition that you pay an annual subscription fee. This fee is payable either through by BACS, by cheque or through our online payment facility. Subscriptions purchased online will be of a recurring nature and will be charged annualy until cancelled, either by you or us. In the case of a cancelled recurring subscription, the balance of any remaining membership period will be unaffected.

Access is granted by username and password. Your username and password are personal to you and must not be disclosed to any third party. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your username and password. You must take all reasonable precautions to prevent them being used by anyone else including:

(a) never writing down your username and password in any way that someone else could understand or identify;

(b) never telling anyone else your username and password;

(c) informing us immediately if you know or have reason to believe that someone else knows your username and password.

We may terminate your membership at our sole discretion or if you breach any of the policies or terms governing your use of this website or any other contractual obligation you owe to us.

You may terminate your membership at any time on 30 days notice to us but if you have used your username and password to access this website you will not be entitled to any refund of the membership fee. Any authorised refund from Morelearning Ltd will be equal to the full annual membership fee minus any administrative processing charges.

7. Bulletin board / chat room / comments

You must not use this website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to this website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of this website.

You must not use this website in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.

You must not use this website for any purposes related to marketing without our express written consent.

You must not use this website to copy, publish or send mass mailings or spam.

You must not use this website to copy, publish or send material which is illegal or unlawful, or material which could give rise to legal action under English and other applicable law. All material you copy, publish or send via our website must not be defamatory, obscene, indecent, hateful, discriminatory or inflammatory; such material must not infringe any person’s intellectual property rights or rights of confidence, impinge upon any person’s privacy, or constitute incitement to commit a crime; further, material must not be misleading, deceptive, sexually explicit, threatening, abusive, harassing or menacing.

We reserve the right to edit or remove any material posted upon this website.
