How can I contact you?
The best way is by email to resources@morelearning.net. Please remember to add resources@morelearning.net to your contact list or ensure your junk email filter is set to accept email from the morelearning.net domain.  If you don't receive any email from us please check your junk email box.  Alternatively you can contact us by phone or text message on 07522 358261.

Why can I only download the pdf versions of the resources?
You need to be a member of Morelearning to download the editable versions.

Why can't I print the pdf versions?
You need to be a member of Morelearning to download printable versions.

How can I become a member?
You can join online with your credit/debit card using PayPal's secure online payment system and receive instant access to printable and editable versions of our resources.

How do I join online?
Navigate to our membership page and read our terms and conditions. You must agree to these before you can become a member. Check the box to indicate you accept our terms and conditions and then click on the Subscribe button to display the next page.

You can now choose to either create a new account or subscribe using an existing account. If you choose to create a new account you will be prompted to fill in your first name, last name, email address, username and password. Your new account will be created but will not be activated until you create a subscription. After creating your account click on the subscribe button that will be displayed. This will take you to PayPal's secure site to complete your subscription payment. When this has been completed you will be returned to the Morelearning website and you will be able to login using your newly created account. Note: if you cannot log in immediately please wait two minutes and try again. Although your account will usually be activated immediately, it may take a few minutes due to delays in PayPal's notification procedure.

If you would like to subscribe using an existing account simply enter your username or contact email address when prompted and confirm the correct account has been identified (please ensure the details are correct as this is the account the subscription will be applied to). After confirming it is the correct account click on the subscribe button that will be displayed to take you to PayPal's secure site to complete your subscription payment. When this has been completed you will be returned to the Morelearning website and you will be able to login using your newly created account. Note: if you cannot log in immediately please wait a few minutes and try again.

If you need to contact us regarding your order, email resources@morelearning.net and include your order number.

I'd like to join but I don't want to use my card online
Navigate to our membership page and read our terms and conditions. You must agree to these before you can become a member. Check the box to indicate you accept our terms and conditions and then click on the Subscribe button to display the next page.

Click on the pdf or Word icon to download an individual application form. Fill out the form, scan it and email it to admin@morelearning.net. We will then create your account and provide you with our bank details so you can pay by BACS. Please note we only accept electronic payments.

I'd like departmental membership
Navigate to our membership page and read our terms and conditions. You must agree to these before you can become a member. Check the box to indicate you accept our terms and conditions and then click on the Subscribe button to display the next page.

Click on the pdf or Word icon to download a deprtmental application form. Fill out the form, scan it and email both it and a scan of your completed purchase order to admin@morelearning.net. We will then create your accounts and invoice you for the outstanding amount. Please note we only accept electronic payments.

Is it secure to join online?
Credit and debit card transactions are handled on PayPal's secure server and are fully encrypted in line with banking industry standards.

I have paid and joined online so why don't my username and password work?
It is possible that the automatic message PayPal sends us to confirm your subscription may be lost. PayPal will resend it so if you cannot log in immediately please wait a few minutes and try again. As soon as the message is received your account will be activated. In certain circumstances it is possible PayPal may put a payment on hold and if this happens your account will not be activated until the payment is released. Please check your PayPal account to confirm the payment status.

Why doesn't my username / password work any more?
Please make sure you type both the username and password correctly . Passwords are case sensitive so please make sure CAPS LOCK isn't on.

Does Morelearning have my card details?
No, your card details are never passed to us.

Do you automatically charge my card when my subscription is about to expire?
Yes, your subscription is annual and recurring. You can end your subscription payments at any time by logging in to your PayPal account and cancelling them. Any time remaining on your subscription period will remain valid. Alternatively, email us and ask us to cancel your subscription payments and we will do so.

I get the message "Your membership has expired" when I try and login
Your annual subscription period has come to an end and you don't have a recurring subscription. To renew your membership you will need to follow the steps outlined above in 'How do I join online?' to subscribe using an existing account.

How do I log in?
Click on the Login link and enter your username and password. You will now be able to download the editable and printable versions of our resources.

Can I edit my membership details?
Once you have logged in click on 'My Details' and you can change your first name, last name, password and contact email address. You cannot change your username or membership expiry date.

What if I have forgotten my username or password?
If you have forgotten your password click on the forgotten password link on the login page. On the next page enter your username or contact email address and click on the 'Email me my password' button. Your password will be sent to you at your contact email address.

If you have forgotten your username please email us at resources@morelearning.net including your full name so we can check our records and email you your username and password.

I have found a link that doesn't work.
Please email us with details so we can fix it.
