How can I contact you?
The best way is by email to
resources@morelearning.net. Please remember to add
resources@morelearning.net to your contact list or ensure your junk
email filter is set to accept email from the morelearning.net domain. If
you don't receive any email from us please check your junk email box!

Why can I only download the pdf version of the resources?
You need to be a member of morelearning to download the editable versions.
Why can't I print the pdf version?
You need to be a member of morelearning to download printable versions.
How can I become a member?
You can join online
with your credit/debit card using Google Checkout or PayPal's secure online
payment system and receive your membership details by email usually
within 24 hours.
Alternatively, download and fill in a membership form, enclose a cheque payable to Morelearning Ltd or a purchase order and post it to us at Morelearning Ltd, PO Box 622, Weston-super-Mare BS23 9LG, UK.

How do I join online?
Navigate to our membership page and read our
terms and conditions. You
must agree to these before you can become a member. Check the box to
indicate you accept our terms and conditions and then click on the Join
button to display the next page.
Click on the Annual Individual or Annual Departmental icon to initiate payment on Google Checkout or PayPal's secure server. When entering your details please be sure to enter your email address correctly.
After you have placed your order and we have received it we will send you an email from resources@morelearning.net which you need to reply to in order to confirm your preferred username and contact email address (this may take a few hours depending on how quickly we can process your order). Please add resources@morelearning.net to your contact list or ensure your junk email filter is set to accept email from the morelearning.net domain. If you don't receive our email please check your junk email box. If we don't receive a reply within 24 hours we will allocate you a username and email this and your password to the email address on your order. If you would like to receive your username and password by text message as well as email please enter your mobile phone number on your order.
If you need to contact us regarding your order email resources@morelearning.net and include your order number.
How do I join by post?
Navigate to our membership page and read our
terms and conditions. You
must agree to these before you can become a member. Check the box to
indicate you accept our terms and conditions and then click on the Join
button to display the next page.
Click on the pdf or word icon to download an application form. Fill out the form and enclose a cheque payable to Morelearning Ltd or purchase order for the correct amount and post it to us. Please also send us an email to let us know your form is in the post.
When we have received your order we will email you your username and password and post confirmation of these to the address provided.
Is it secure to join online?
Credit and debit card transactions are handled on Google Checkout or
PayPal's secure server and are fully encrypted
in line with banking industry standards.
I have paid and joined online so why don't my username and password work?
The username and password you create with Google Checkout or PayPal are for your
Google Checkout or PayPal account only and do not relate to the morelearning
username and password we will issue you. We have no access to your
Google Checkout or PayPal account details or any of your financial
information.
I joined online so why haven't I received my username and password?
When we receive an order we send an email to you ask you for your
preferred username and contact email address.
If we don't receive a reply within 24 hours we will allocate you a
username and email this and your password to the email address on your order. Please check your inbox and/or junk mailbox for
our emails from resources@morelearning.net. Please add
resources@morelearning.net to your contact list or ensure your junk
email filter is set to accept email from the morelearning.net domain.
Why doesn't the password you sent me work?
Please make sure you type the username and password exactly as detailed in our email.
Passwords are case sensitive so please make sure CAPS LOCK isn't on.
Does Morelearning have my card details?
No, your card details are never passed to us.
Do you automatically charge my card when my membership is about
to expire?
No, we will send you a reminder by email shortly before expiry. If you
rejoin prior to your expiry date your membership will be extended by one
year from the expiry date.
I get the message "Your membership has expired" when I try and
login
Your annual subscription period has come to an end. To renew your
membership you will need to order another annual subscription by
following the membership and joining again. We will reactivate your
account and your username and password will remain unchanged.
How do I log in?
Click on the Login link and enter your username and password. You will
now be able to download the editable versions of our resources.
Can I edit my membership details?
Once you have logged in click on My Details and you can change your first name, last name, password
and contact email address. You cannot change your username or membership expiry date.
What if I have forgotten my username or password?
If you have forgotten your password click on the forgotten password link
on the login page. On the next page enter your username and click on the
'Email me my password' button. Your password will be sent to you at your
contact email address.
If you have forgotten your username please email us at resources@morelearning.net including your full name so we can check our records and email you your username and password.
I have found a link that doesn't work.
